A Review from a Very Pleased User!
It seems like I’ve been using LOREAL beauty products my entire life. Make-up, hair-color, lotion, beauty creams, anti-aging products, etc. Suffice to say I’m a huge, huge fan. They can do no wrong in my book. Which is why it makes it so bizarre that it took me so long to try any of their EverCreme line of haircare products.
What was I thinking?!?!
All’s right with the world now because I have, in fact, tried the L’Oreal Evercreme Deep Nourishing Masque.
Given the fact that it is L’OREAL we’re talking about here, I’m not surprised that this hair care product is exceptional. I’m not surprised that it smells amazing. I’m not surprised that I love it. The only thing I’m surprised by is the fact that it’s as inexpensive as it is. Most “high end,” truly outstanding beauty products usually run a little high (sometimes really, really stooopid high!).
I’ve actually paid MORE for products that weren’t nearly as good as L’Oreal Evercreme Deep Nourishing Masque. More than once!
When it comes to hair care needs, I’m pretty high maintenance, unfortunately. My hair is naturally curly, tends to be dry (especially in the summer) and is pretty thin. I embrace the curls, by the dryness and thinness make me a crazy person. To really complicate things, if I use conditioners or hair treatments that are nourishing enough to combat the dryness, they tend to make my curls droop and make the thinness more of a problem than ever.
However, if I go with no conditioner or a light conditioner, the curls are back in full bloom and my hair is fuller than normal BUT the hair, itself, is so dry I can actually FEEL the dryness.
Not good. At all.
It was this maddening scenario that sent me looking for a L’OREAL product in the first place. I knew they wouldn’t let me down. After just one use, I have vowed to never allow myself to run out of L’Oreal Evercreme Deep Nourishing Masque.
My hair is even fuller, somehow, than when I use “light,” “volumizing”conditioners. How they managed to create an excellent, nourishing conditioner that doesn’t weigh hair down is a mystery.
I also LOVE the subtle, yet unmistakable, fragrance. It reminds me of a mixture of coconut, shea butter, and a light perfume. It’s tough to describe, but I’m wild about it.

Sometimes all a girl can say is, “Yes. Please.” These vintage GO GO Boots are from chickdowntown.com (click the banner at the bottom of this post to go to their site). Their Vintage Collection will knock your breath out. Below are just a few – there’s far too much sexiness to post them all.
